With over 20 years of experience in the market, Simona has been involved in a wide range of projects regarding the structuring of complex transactions, land acquisitions, development and financing of real estate projects, renewable energy, leasing, real estate authorization and urban planning.

Throughout her career, Simona has combined her experience with an in-depth perspective on the legal framework and practices in the area of personal data protection, Simona being certified by PECB with the title of PECB Certified Data Protection Officer and thus currently offering legal consultancy concerning complex personal data processing systems for a great number of clients.

Simona is an active litigator, assuming the coordination of all disputes related with her clients and projects, having the reputation of a devoted and passionate barrister.

  3. Legal proceedings for the restitution of nationalized properties, through specific administrative and judicial procedures, regulated by Law 10/2001, Law 165/2013 and other special laws, for an extended area of clients;

  4. Legal assistance and representation provided to various clients in the medical field in relation to National Health Insurance House, through specific disputes aimed at recognizing the clients’ right to reimburse the provided medical services;

  5. Consultancy and assistance activities for real estate operators, in the acquisition of real estate, various forms of association for joint investments, the rental of commercial premises and the analysis of the investment opportunity;

  6. Assistance in complying with GDPR requirements, by drawing up specific regulations and procedures, staff training and in implementation of the measures imposed by EU regulation to a wide range of customers, including a leading international advertising agency.
