  • Legal assistance offered to the market leader in the design, construction and management of intelligent lighting systems, through a subscription-based legal contract, started 10 years ago, by which we provide legal assistance and representation in all company’s disputes and current legal aspects;
  • Legal representation of a multinational company specialized in design and execution of construction works, in a complex commercial arbitration proceeding against CNAIR SA, obtaining for the client extension of time and additional costs, after a Notice of Dissatisfaction (NOD) to a DAB’s (Dispute Adjudication Board) decision;
  • Represented a multinational company in the field of design, supervision and execution of works in water and wastewater networks and waste treatment plants, achieving an arbitral award that decided in favour of the client the early termination of the contract, the right to recover financial loss and the annulment of the negative document recording the status of the contract
