  • Counselling a company specialized in the rehabilitation of historic buildings, offering a complete package of services in Public Procurement: drafting of the tender, clarifications, answers to clarifications, challenging awarding decisions and contract management in the implementation of projects;
  • Represented a civil constructions company in challenging the contracting authority’s decision that rejected the bid as non-compliant and achieved the confirmation in appeal of the favourable decision granted by NCSC;
  • Assisting a market leader in the field of infrastructure works for obtaining an awarding decision in the revaluation phase, conducted as effect of admission of a complaint in front of NCSC;
  • Representing a foreign tenderer in challenging the awarding decision of an EPC contract by to a Romanian bidder, in a procedure in total amount of over 300 mil Eur.
