Tasiana Timofticiuc has been a member of the International Arbitration and Public Procurement department since 2022.
Tasiana is involved in the consultancy and representation of Oglindă & Partners’ clients regarding the preparation of offers and by representing domestic and international bidders in disputes arising from the awarding procedures of public procurement contracts.
Tasiana is involved in Internal and International Arbitration proceedings, as well as in related cases regarding the execution of arbitral awards in Romania or the representation of clients in commercial disputes.
Tasiana also offers legal assistance and representation in areas related to arbitration and public procurement, such as contract law, commercial law, administrative law, etc.

During her career, Tasiana Timofticiuc was providing consultancy and representation in dispute resolution in the following areas:
Assistance and representation in litigation regarding enforcement law, bank contracts, guarantees etc.;
Assistance and representation in an international arbitration conducted under the ICC Paris rules, with the seat of arbitration in Helsinki, arising from a design and execution contract of works.
