• Represented a multinational company in the field of engineering, construction and operation in an international arbitration on a contract for the design and modernization of water-channel networks, financed by European Structural Funds;
  
  
• Advised a company specialized in the rehabilitation of historic monument buildings, through a complete package of services in the field of public procurement (preparation of the offer, clarifications, answers to clarifications, contract management in the implementation of projects, etc.);
  
  
• Represented an economic operator specialized in civil constructions in challenge proceedings before the CNSC and complaints before the courts of law, in connection with public procurement procedures;
  
  
• Represented one of the long-lasting Romanian company specialised in water and waste water sector in multiple arbitral proceedings between the members of a joint venture and also between the joint venture and the Employer;
  
  
• Represented one of the main energy suppliers in Romania in an International Arbitration against a financial institution, arising out of a complex financial contract that included a leasing operation, a sale of goods contract, a factoring operation, various accessory insurance contracts, compliance with permits regulated under Romanian Environmental Law and three parallel litigations between the same parties (criminal litigation, insolvency and interim precautionary measures);
  
  
• Representation of a main grain producer in an International GAFTA arbitration in connexion with a 49 GAFTA standard form of contract against a Greek buyer and also against a Greek grain broker;
  
  
• Represented an international real estate developer, in multiple litigations regarding building permits and other urban planning acts;
  
  
• Advised a leading food producer in concluding and conducting international sales contracts through banking factoring operations;
  
  
• Represented multiple international companies from EU and from outside the EU as well in recognition and enforcement of foreign awards in Romania, including the establishment of precautionary measures to secure cashing in at the end of the exequatur procedure.
