With over 20 years of experience as a lawyers specialised in Romanian Civil Law, Corneliu has been involved in numerous and complex real estate projects, providing legal assistance and representation in front of Romanian courts.

His genuine expertise and deep thinking made Corneliu a key member of interdisciplinary teams tailored by Oglinda&Parteners to deal with complicated cases, mostly related to M&A due dilligence process.

  • Legal advice offered to many companies and individuals, in connection with various disputes related to the ownership of real estate (land and buildings), for the protection of rights in major real estate development projects;
